Type "SH3 start Africa" in the search. You will see a localization window. Konigsberg in data\Menu\en_menu.txt

I have figured it out.
When you add new player( 2 profiles) it appears.( With different port I think When you have one it's regular. It turns even back on regular you have just to delete one career.
