Totally confused as to where to add this mod.

Uboat for me is found in steam.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\UBOAT

then in UboAT FOLDER I have the following folders:

GPUcache
Monobleeding edge
UBOAT_Data

I don't see a mod folder

I will try copying the file into the uboat main directory and then try the mod installer.

Mods shouldn't be stored inside the game installation folder. You need to extract them at such path:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Deep Water Studio\UBOAT\Mods\[mod_name]\[all files should go there]

Thanks, I've created the folder you mentioned above and extracted it to mods.

Now how to you get the mod running?
