Editing/changing Hsie's messages

Forgot about SH3Cmdr being the possible culprit.

Any changes I made in Data/Menu en.menu file showed up immediately. Interesting thing is that most of the SH3 Commander/Cfg/Static settings.cfg is in German which does not really show up in game.

Well, I guess I got you going in some direction. Anyway, you should be able to customize a lot of different labeling, phrasing and the like for your own tastes. I altered the format on how the radio messages appear in game like this :

4190=Radio Signal Incoming |
4191=Radio Signal Received |
4192=From : %s|To : %s|%s
4193=BdU
4194=Radio Contact Report |
4195=Contact Report ||%s %s |%s |Course : %s |Speed : %d kts!
4196=Contact report received. Good work!
4197=Acknowledged.
4198=Keep up the good work!
4199=Return to base!

Just minor stuff but suits me.
