Ahh! I figured out how I screwed up the decoding on that note!
In the Strom table for the two character set VG I had written down IG, but that is incorrect. It is IQ!  Got in too big a rush after reading the documentation to get my first message decoded . . . Makes sense! (except for those last two groups, which are puzzling) Anybody know what is up with the HSXG and the SCJX groups? It all seems to decode properly except those just seem like garble?
