![]() Just in case you did not see it for yourself, the waterstreams on type VIIB are continuing "streaming" under water. I did not try out other u-boats. Again, there is no rush to fix this, it's only visible with external camera under water. Thank you for your hard work. ![]() |

All the water particules are set to not be visible underwater, and they still remains... like if some settings are ignored with this URC ![]() We saw same issue with the UZO clicking ability lost, and recently the emblem & flag brightness issue at night. This can be solved, but requires a total re-work of nodes involved. For the streaming underwater, it is huge amount of work (very time consuming) as there are around 25 nodes per U-Boat hull to re-build, and around 15 U-Boats hull to tweak! Total of more or less 375 nodes to re-build just to do not see streaming underwater is too much for me now...not to say each node involved for this issue in Submarine/NSSxxx is linked to some particule in Particule.dat ![]() To resume, just ignore those underwater streaming for now, i’m Sorry ![]() EDIT: Seems not all sub are affected by this problem. I.e type IIC is ok with stream underwater. So maybe not all the subs have to be corrected. I will look into this when more time...

UPDATE 8 IS OUT!! (see end of post #1)
DO NOT ACTIVATE RIGHT AWAY! Once downloaded, you'll find INSIDE the Update 8 to activate + 2 add-on mods! Those add-on mods have to be activated ALWAYS after the Update 8! See end of post 1 for instructions and informations. - Backed up waves 15m/s - New mission loading map - Smoke and fire underwater fixed - IXD2 deck color adjusted - Emblems and flag brightness bug at night fixed (except Flotillas emblems i forgot to do) - VIIB see through deck fixed - Moon light adjusted - Warm clothes add-on mod added - Weather change add-on mod added - Training flotillas re-worked (thanks Propbeanie!) - Emblems re-worked (thanks KaleunMarco!) Let me know what you think about the weather change mod. It is for playing no more than 1024 TC...you should have more weather changes (around every 2 days or so) If you don't like it, just deactivate it! (in bunker) ![]()

So weather mod is to be put last or on top of the clothing mod. Does clothing need to be before or after update 8 or does it matter?

You can activate it at start of war (September) and you can deactivate it in May or June (but always when in bunker) ![]() The weather change mod, as it says, change the weather more faster. In my current career, it changes around each 2 days...but sometime it keep the same waves m/s and change only the clouds and/or the fog! ![]()

Don’t forget to delete previous update 7 and its Patch Fix 7 ![]() Again, best is to create new Document/SH4 for new career (just delete it, and game will re-create one - you’ll just have to set again your favorites settings - what i usually do is i keep on desk top a Main file and FX file so i just have to copy/paste it in new SH4!)
