SH3 will only run on Windows 10 in one of the compatibility modes such as Windows7. Without a compatibility mode the game will usually ctd before reaching the Command Room. The SH3.exe should also be run as an administrator as the game can ctd before reaching the main menu. It is essential that gpu is correctly setup as an error "Cannot initialize 3Dengine" can occur.
