I'v updated/re-loaded a corrected version of the 2004 Campaign.

Mod Update # 11: 06/30/2019
Upload to correct Damage Control Screen issue. Let me know if the problem continues. It appears something got screwed up/corrupted on the last upload.

Sorry for the long time to this response, but work has been hectic this last year.
