Knowing it would probably be best to get a desktop gaming system, I still need to replace my laptop.

Using Windows 10 laptop with these specs can I still be able to run SH V with TWoS mod, until I get my new gaming rig built?

I'm suffering from SH V withdrawl seriously.

Dell - G7 15.6" Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 - 128GB Solid State Drive + 1TB Hard Drive

with that spec what u show us above SH5 should run very smooth without any problem...

I'm currently running SH5 with TWOS on old Lenovo z580 (i3-2350 and GT630M card) and the only graphics setting I've had to disable was dynamic shadows. Framerate is between 30-40.

Hi nw
That is a high spec laptop you have although you do not state whether you have the GTX1060 3gb or 6gb gpu.
With TWoS ideally 2gb or more is ideal so you have a smooth running game.
Your game will load quicker on the SSD.
