it is not a stupid but a very good question !



I think now all is inklusiv in wac5.2, (no campaign mod needed anymore)


Outdated "WAC5.0 Campaign_Atlantic_Baltic" and "WAC5.0 Campaign_Mediterranean" mods must not be activated in jsgme any more.

Hansolo will probably enlighten us on this.

OKk, thats interresting. Well I actually play 5.01 career and didn't install the atlantic or meditteranean campaigns. So for me the question is, the campaing I started, whats the difference?

Well.. in that case you play with SH3 stock campaign files, except the harbours and buildings.
But you do not have the historical events,no harbour traffic, no big convoys, not much random traffic, probably no torpedo planes, etc.

Ok, good to know. Doing it right with 5.02, is ericleas assumption right? Do I need the baltic campaign additionally in wac 5.02 or is it already implemented?

Yes, WAC5.2 Patch includes all nescessary campaign files for the atlantic and baltic - no more additional installation needed!
Only for mediterranean you need the campaign files!

The baltic, atlantic campaign is already included and optimized.. reduced some traffic and units not nescessary.

If you compare:

WAC 5.0 & 5.01

campaign_scr.mis - 7,68 MB
campaign_rnd.mis - 7,42 MB
campaign_lns.mis - 1,77 MB

WAC 5.2

campaign_scr.mis - 7,05 MB
campaign_rnd.mis - 7,42 MB
campaign_lns.mis - 1,33 MB
