Galaxy S4 problem

I gave it a factory reset and it worked twice and the problem is back so I give up!!

I will try and send it back for a change over.

Will be the best idea i guess..

My wife's S4 always shuts down just so, it hums and vibrates, and then shuts off.
Also a "known problem" my donkey, do something you freaks

The reason I purchased a new S4 was because my old S4 is about 5 years old an has always worked 100%, couldn't be happier that is why I chose another for my wife!!

Well it's being posted today, being less than a month old have no issues sending it back.
