Anything after the ; maybe seems to be a note or comment. Thats why i found this entry. My Tool mis2csv will report this as a "replace"-count. There is only this Unit 247 found.
Look at the numbers before the ;

I would change from
Long=-286409.000;-286145.000000
Lat=5673433;5673387.000000

to
Long=-286409.000000;-286145.000000
Lat=5673433.000000;5673387.000000

but thats only my Opinion.
And i would also kill the Comment itself.
