Don't you Euro guys have an easier time of hurting big business? I don't see why smart phones makers aren't responsible for this? Their products should have some sort of texting lock out when the GPS determines that you're in a vehicle. Seems to me that it wouldn't be too hard to do? People shouldn't die for emojis?


School buses around here already look like the circus is coming to town, complete with a strobe that kills your night vision whenever near a bus at night. duh lol
