Early Access of Subnautica took too much time for my taste, but they went through it all and delivered a final, solid product. I tend to think that EA programs should not last for longer than one year.
The original game still creeps the hell out of me in certain situations, since in VR it all comes in squared intensity. Looking forward to the new game. But probably will not buy into the "early" Early Access. It spoils the storyline.
