When I installed via steam, I didn't have this issue. However, i am using win10. I also had deactivated the read-only.

It was checked in the task manager before installing TWOS, and there was no steam and uplay processes, but when the TWOS was installed, there would still be a "sh5.exe" used by another process and the wrong hint, so I thought it was not because I could not cancel "read-only".
