I have the same trouble with I think the war patrol badge. Always saying the crew member I pick must complete a partol to recieve the badge. And the crewman just got back from a war patrol.

I end up clicking on each crew member until I find one that is eligible. Sometime leaving the the barracks, then coming back in and check each crew member to find eligibility for the award. Still can't figure it out.

All others work just fine.
