Proper beta testing is something I always wanted as a developer and I'm happy that it's finally happening. All Silent Hunters were released with major bugs and UBOAT has even larger surface for that considering that crew is dynamic and more interactions are happening in the world on the map.

Any way I can get involved in that open beta without having backed the game? Id be happy to buy in now, if possible/needed.

Yes, we are going to publish a short form to fill a month after Kickstarters. It's going to be more manageable this way.

I want to jump in this! It’s January and they sent out the beta... release the game already!!!! Do what other companies do, release it and send out updates!!!!! Come on already!

What I don`t like is, that there is not much info available.

Not sure about the cryptic posts above, but I have to agree, I'm never sure where to look for information on this promising sim. That's quite uncommon for kickstarter projects, usually there's a bit more of updates, at least more than once or twice a year
