It was a nice little Island to visit thirty years ago. Took one of the USN tugs down from the Holy Loch. Felt kind of funny walking around in crackerjacks, sort of like being back in WW2. I think we need a reset.

Yes, I have watched this race before, it is nuts how dangerous it is.

Btw, my 2008 Suzuki just rolled 67,000 miles. Hunter, how many you got on your Tiger?

You need big nuts to participate in that event, even MotoGP riders like Rossi who once did a lap said it was crazy.

My Tiger is still a Cub when it comes to the milage that's on it , just passed my first official service maintenance milestone on it so you can imagine it's not so much 12-14.000km or so. Problem is that I'm surrounded by Yamahas at work which are easy to grab for a quik spin. Also bought a car as of last year so that's not helping either .

Plan to take my Tiger to the Sahara Desert this year when we Visit Morroco.

Sweet, welcome back, Hunter. I would like to see pics when you take the Morroco trip, that would be amazing to drop into conversation with women, " When I was riding in the Sahara one day..."

I'm thinking about a new bike (in theory) because I have had my Strom for 10 years now. Maybe the Ducati 1100 Scrambler, love those style bikes.

Thanks Neal,

I can tell them about all the sand!

A Ducati? Well you know, Italian bikes are like Italian Women. They look beautiful, are high in maintenance, gives you headaches and only let you ride them when they feel like it.
