The Cunard folder isn't setup correctly. What you need to do is copy this line to your EnglishNames file in the Sea folder:

LUS=Cunard Liner

Then, you can copy the contents of the Sea folder from the Cunard ship to the Sea folder in your SHIII directory. The file inside the Cunard ship's Roster folder is not in the right directory. The Roster/British is right, but once inside the British folder copy the LUS file to the Roster/British/Sea folder in your SHIII directory.
