You have a lot of mods. I only have TWoS. So I am not sure if it is a mod issue or installation issue. Sorry.

With all these mods loaded, I'm afraid that all advices mainly comming from TWoS will go out of the window (to say they will be useless).
Try to save the game and reload to see if the problem goes away, else don't expect any quick help unless you find someone with the same game config. Thanks for trying to help me
 I started looking on my own. I have removed all mods to OH2 and game start working. Next i added other mods individually and it turned out that TheDarkWraith_DC_Water_Disturbances_v2_0_SH5 was guilty  Now i can back to play this game
