It's in the Editor Viewer in the tabs TAI and NavMap. You must change from false to true and save. Cannot give you the right name of the entry becasue I'm not on my gaming rig, but most of the entries are self-explaining.
If you also want to play with contacts visible (for training) you would activate most of the first 10 entries in the same tabs.

To revert all to default, deinstall and reinstall all mod packages of TWoS in JSGME (doesn't take too long).
