Problem ordering lithium-ion batteries online

I also believe they can't ship Li batteries by air

I wonder if this is a world wide thing.
The first lot was over 6 months ago, the last item (below) was on the 30th of December, I am still following it up, some of the batteries I can't get in Australia so it makes it hard!

That's a serious battery.....

There was a rash of Li batteries catching fire for a while, laptops, phones etc. I forget the exact type, but they may have fallen into the "do not fly" list.
