Ah so with Realistic Sensors on my hydrophone reaches (for example) 1000m, and when I upgrade it to the cool crystal-version it reaches 2000m. When I deactivate Realistic Sensors I get 3000m with the normal hydrophone, and the crystal version gets me 5000.
