This is a late response, not useful to you for a buying decision anymore, but just for info:
I own the Silent Hunter I Commander Edition 1.31 that I still play with DosBox, and the menu, the voices and videos are in German only (caus bought in Germany), I didn't find the English voices on CD although I guess they are available to download somewhere. |
