Exactly. there is just no way that such a security camera could catch an object travelling at such a speed. It would have had to be extremely lucky. Lets just face it. It is part of the human mind that a portion of the population will believe in conspiracy theories.

Strangely enough when I last undertook my Aviation Security Course here in the UK (which is an industry requirement post 9/11), we were shown video and images of airline jijackings and bombings. Within this package was a clip which showed the explosion at the Pentagon but also in it you could make out the shape of the tailplane (poor quality image), of the 757. For me I don't need any further proof. The event took place. It's as simple as that.
