Yes, TMO has those hunt times set for 30 minutes. And if they get a whiff of you during the 30 minutes, the timer starts all over again. Newbie players are convinced that escape is possible. Vets know it MIGHT be possible but nobody gets off for free. Interestingly, my most intense hunts have been from sub chasers and gunboats, not just the DDs.
It's been a year since I was held down like that. FOTRSU usually has Superpoop on deck who drops one charge on your conning tower. And I don't get as much chance to play as I once did with the modding going on. Somewhere, Ducimus is laughing at me. ![]() ![]() ![]()
