NYGM mod displaying tonnage incorrectly

Hello. I need some help fixing this problem. I have the realism settings at 100%, however when i finish a patrol i get around 30% less 'renown' in this mod case tonnage, i have no clue where the problem may be. Also the F9 shortcut to the radio room does not work, and the deck gun, and flak gun key, though they are set in the command_en.cfg file. If someone can suggest me something, thanks in advance.

Edit: I may have found the problem with the tonnage was a mod i have installed, the keys still they do not work though

Can you post your MOD list?

I may have found a mod causing the problem with the tonnage is TMT mod(NYGM version) but the keys still do not work. the game works flawlessly however during 13 patrols now, i can use the mouse to go to those stations but i would like those keys to work.

The keys are set in commands_en.cfg but they do not work any ideas.

lol. well i almost finished the war with 0 ctd november 1944, this is the mod list copy pasted from the jsgme mod list. i have some tweaks of my own.
