I guess the boomer mission still has too short of a patrol time that you ended up missing it. However that should have ended in a stalemate, and not NATO victory.

That was my guess as well.

But that wasn't "a short patrol". That was "I wasn't even past Scotland" (I got the mission right after a rearmament order).

But I have never had the "NATO victory", does it read as the same event as the "Civil war in the Soviet Union" that I got?
