Changed the StartDate in the DefSide.cfg file in Data\Roster. Specifically this section:

[SideEntry 5]
Country=American
Side=1
StartDate=19411202
EndDate=19450825

The original date was 19411207. I used the 2nd because that's when your first patrol starts in PPH.
