[REL] No flags on US subs TMO(new scope depth)

I zoomed in and you can see the barrel of the stern gun sticking out of the back of the conning tower.

I never noticed that, then again can't remember last time I used a Gar class.

However, this is an issue predates my mod. I simply cpied and pasted the file from TMO and inserted the ; to remove the flag.

I think it's probably due to some other mod installed.
I decided to just edit the Gar files to get the same result. I'll make a customized mod for my installation. Thanks for showing how it's done.
I've got my Gar with no flag and the 64 foot periscope depth now.
