Flak guns - extremely long reload time

Just use SH III commander and you will be able to decrease/increase the loading time of the flak and more ....................
Otherwise if nothing change, you have a bug, cause SH III does the job perfectly here.

Sh3 commander change just loading time of deck gun not flak gun
You cannot change loading time of flak gun here.

Yeah i think i misunderstood or confond with the flak and deck gun ^^
Otherwise something true is to decrease the load time of your flak, better is your crew faster you will reload your flak.

And what program can I open the file "Gun_sub.sim" for changing the parameters of the antiaircraft recharge? It opens with notepad, but it's impossible to change anything.

Many thanks for your reply and your attention! But I have been using this program for a long time. I have successfully used this program in sh5 (folder - Object / Gun ...) I wanted to clarify which files in SH3 2015, and in which folders and files (librery) to open for artillery changes? Many thanks!
