JS, yes you did, but some, as hard as it may be to believe, would not actually know how to do it.

I often reply as if some people have never opened a file and try to explain it so they are encouraged to do it.

Some times people do not like to admit they are unfamiliar with what we are talking about and may not speak up so never give it a go!.

Other times people get upset because they already know how to do it and assume if they know so does everyone else.

That is not the case.
