Each patrol in a VII (in my experience) is several weeks. I think 8 weeks is an average patrol for a VII, isn't it? And assuming a few weeks down after you get back, by June '41 you should only have at most 8 or 9 patrols.

What are you doing to get 31 patrols in less than two years? Heck, you'd be lucky to get that many patrols in a type II during that amount of time (typical patrol is 2 weeks at sea).

Sorry, I have no idea what you mean. I started out where everyone starts, from Wilsenhaven (spelling) with a IIA and then transfer to St. Nazaire after my sixth patrol and got a VIIB which I upgraded a bit at the end of each patrol. I just play'em as they come and I play every day because my incurable diseases keep me at home.
