how do you order your officers (no.1, no1 2, etc)

I have similar to Kapt Z.

On helmsman position I have LI always Oberleutnant with helmsman, machinist and repair qualifications.

On navigation officer position I have Oberfännrich (Steuermann) with watch and helmsman qualifications.

These two guys stay almost duration of my career. Eventually Steurmann is promoted to 2nd watch officer.

On weapons officer position I have 1.WO usually Oberleutnant with watch, helmsman and torpedo qualifications.

On watch officer position I have 2.WO usually Leutnant with watch, gunnery and AA qualifications.

Additionally I have two Oberfännrichs as machinists in both diesel and electric motor rooms. They both have machinist and repair qualifications.
