Just installed SH 3 with LSH. Now what?

Welcome aboard!

GWX is another supermod like LSH and NYGM. They all change the game in different ways and cannot be used together. Any one of them is pretty much all you "need", but if it's graphics you want then you picked the right one to start with.

There are hundreds of different small mods that can be used in conjunction with any of the supermods and a couple of bigger ones as well. All of them do nice things, but I would stick with the one you have now until you get a real feel for the game. Then I (and everybody else) will be glad to give our opinions on what works best for us and why.

Here is an older thread on the other mods, big and small. The thread is geared toward GWX3, but it will give you a hint of what's out there, and most of these work just fine with any of the supermods. I'm sorry the OP let his pictures lapse, but the links are mostly still good and if you have any questions feel free to ask them right here.
