I can find "Edit Sig" but not "Edit Avi" ??? And the "Insert Image" does NOT do the job for me my friend ???

Wait a minute here .. Avatars and Signatures have always been allowed on all of the forums I have been a member of for YEARS! One hasn't ever been asked to pay for them! It has been just a matter of course ???

Now every site needs to be financed for some reason. When I came here way back there was no mention of finance back then ...so what's happened since ????
