Make sure you follow the new TWOS instructions correctly. You must make a game save in the bunker and use that game save to start your Mission. Try starting a New Campaign and see if things are now working ok, if not I would suggest re-installing after using a registry cleaner. TWOS is 100% working with no problems so it is going to be down to you or your system, not TWOS.
