Default Attack Scope too dark at night

I came across a C Class Destroyer at 2 AM and it was pitch black so I could not see the ship. Is there anyway to lighten it up a bit so I can at least see the ship? :hmm:

Increase the direct3d brightness/contrast/gamma in your video card's settings. Increase the brightness/contract/gamma on your monitor.

Hi Rob, what I use is a combination of "Marhkimov's LIGHT NIGHT mod" & "Krillers Water", this gives a merky water but can still see your boat under water (unless it's a stormy night) & can faintly see the ships at night, looks spooky! . The Atmosphere LIGHT mods do not have a light night.
Can upload to rapidshare if yo want (only 750k)!
Cheers.

Hi Reece. What is the mod name and how do I get them? I am in a patrol now so I'll have to wait anyway to get to port to install unless I can install manually. :hmm:

They are ""Marhkimov's LIGHT NIGHT" & "Krillers Water", they should be at http://u-boot.realsimulation.com If not, like I said, I can upload the 2 combined mods or the individual mods.
Reece.

I use 16km Atmosphere LIGHT mod found in GW's optional folder and hate how dark it gets at night. Can I still use Marhkimov's LIGHT NIGHT mod on top of the 16km one? Is Marhkimov's LIGHT NIGHT mod lighter than the vanilla SH3 night? Because I seem to remember liking the way it was in the default game.

I believe (99%) it is only compatable with the 8k version!
