About this time last year I was slogging through slushy ice bits on the Pocomoke River in my kayak. This year its been nothing but rain and temps in the mid 40's.

BBC News said it might be the warmest Christmas Day on record here tomorrow (in some parts of the country, at any rate) with temps up to and over 15 degrees C.

Hope you won't mind this.
For those of you who celebrate Christmas time or it is not your belief.
(with respect, to those whom that it's not your thing, fair enough.) It's a Sunny 9:05am AEDST (day light saving time.) way pass my Bedtime, hee! Or I should say, going to be 34C in Melbourne/ Geelong area. Please have a safe holiday time and look after each other, where possible. (get to where you have to safely to and come home safely, too.) Your's Jock. Whoops! I meant in the Geelong area for the Weather.

First time ever celebrating Christmas in another country.
Here in Kissimmee, Florida with my wife,daughter, grandson and some friends. Went for a walk with wife before supper. 22c / 72f. Spent the afternoon in the pool having a few cold ones. I could get use to this.  Merry Christmas to all my fellow SubSimers.

Kissimmee? If they're still operating check Warbird Adventures. You used to be able to pay to ride and actually take the stick and fly a T6 Texan. They also had several planes undergoing restoration. Last I saw was a B-17, fw190 a-8, f4u b-25 mitchell and some others.

Just spent Christmas morning at the dog park. Life is good at times.
