The problem is the anti virus either thinks the HSIE is a virus or Adware.
Any download that contains an .exe maybe looked at in a suspicious way. You need to change your anti virus setting to make this HSIE application an exception. Without that change each time you start your game the anti virus will pop up and block it. Although you can get around this irritation it is easier to make it an exception and fix it for good. Peter
