Thanks Reece. Captains of U-boats (I don't think they did) went around every so often and personally put the crew to bed. The crews had their regular shifts and probably followed it. So I don't think it is realistic in a "game" to make the Captain responsible for manually changing the crew,

he had more important things to do. It's a 'crock' that Ubisoft felt it necessary to put THAT responsibility on the Captain.

I am going to follow Reece's suggestion and physically change the cooefficients of the game.
