Many thanks. The crew_config_xx_x.cfg has three different files per sub in my folder (e.g crew_config_vii_1.cfg, crew_config_vii_2.cfg and crew_config_vii_3.cfg), is this dependent on how many careers that I currently have?

Also, when HealthStatus=1, that means the crewmember is dead?
If so, then in what case would a crewmember be classified as injured? Something to do with hitpoints?
