Game crash

Waiting for the release of wac 5 i made a fresh installation of the game adding Gwx 3. Everything was ok till 15th patrol at july 42. Starting 16th patrol i added to my sub "radio warning receiver" and then game crashes, even in single missions.
Then i made the following
1/ i went back at saved carrers tried to start from the end of 15th patrol--crash

2/ I started a new carrer at 04/1942---Crash

3/As i wrote tried single missions ---crash

Its the 3rd time that happens and i can't realize why.
Please help!!
