DECISION:

By virtue of my democratically awarded Block Vote,

I have decided that this competition shall be known as "The First Person To Post Wins", and is to begin at 19:30 hours (GMT+1) tomorrow, September 20th, which I have estimated should give the various worldwide sad individuals who are likely to participate, time enough get their slippers on and make their bid for glory.

The first person to post after this time shall be THE WINNER, even if this happens to be Fubar.

Following this winning post, no-one except Jimbuna may post anything further in this thread.
