Like the title says it is a propsal and the propsal is duly noted and should now go to commitee for vote.

Said committee would be required to define "first post" and establish rules for the proposed contest and opening date.

All in favor of forming said committee to establish definitions and rules required for play say yea all opposed nay.

If votes are in favor. The next step would be vote in committee officals.
