^ WOW! looking particularly good: my wife just canned the tomato crop into 20 jars of salsa. I handed out a few to the neighbors in exchange for gleaning privileges to their apricot and persimmon trees for jam. Our raspberry crop is up next for homemade jam.

I'll dry some of the tomatoes and preserve them in olive oil.
Promised Jim some chilli peppers so I'll have to check with Her Majesties customs about mailing vegetables.
