There is no reason as long as you follow the TWOS installation instructions on post #1 correctly in the right order why you should not be able to install this mega mod even if you have limited computer ability.
There is also a video tutorial as well.

Manage to install the mod, with TWOS installation instructions. Looks and feels great. A bit like SH3 GWX but much better graphics and more realistic gameplay! It's a huge improvement of the stock game for sure
