Your game is patched to the latest and best version, v1.5. Do not install v1.4, you'll mess the game files.
FOTRS v1.3 has some things that v2.0 doesn't, and the opposite. The differences are not huge, you may not notice them.

There is a mod in the works, FOTRS Ultimate, which will combine the best elements of 1.3 & 2.0 and add much-much more. You can watch the progress of it at FOTRS Ultimate Project thread.

There are a lot of mods for SH4, FOTRS is one of the best looking and player friendly mods. A great way to enter SH4 world.
