I appreciate the wishes but, Memorial Day in the United States is for remembering the people who died while serving in the country's armed forces.
Veterans Day is an official United States public holiday, observed annually on November 11, that honors military veterans, that is, persons who served in the United States Armed Forces. So you see the living veterans holiday is Veterans Day, while Memorial Day is for our brothers who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.
