Does anyone still have the MenuIniGuides document available? The links to the download are now long dead.

Is this the same document as Scudder's MenuIniGuide11.pdf?

Are there any other documents available that explain both the dials.cfg and the menu_1024_768.ini file. Scudder's document is quite good, but I am looking for more detail regarding the parameters in the dials.cfg and the menu ini file. Any information will be appreciated.
