Use TDW's Options File Editor Viewer (OFEV) to set up permanent changes that you want to see in your navigation and TAI maps.
You need to disable TDW's NewUI main mod to make changes in the OFEV
Using this tutorial will make it easier to disable and enable your mods when you want to make changes now, and in the future to the OFEV.

If you decide to disable all mods I would advise disabling them individually. The mep file will put them back in the right order enabled.

Thank you for your reply. I meant that as long as I do not activate the mod "NewUIs_TDC_7_5_0_Real_Navigation " and that I can see my submarine on the map, I'm OK with that
